Chef Mona Poordaryaeinezhad blends the time-honoured flavours of Persia with contemporary technique. Her cooking highlights saffron, pomegranate, dried limes and fragrant herbs, creating dishes that tell stories of ancient traditions and modern innovation.
Trained in both classical Persian cuisine and modern culinary arts, Chef Mona has spent over a decade perfecting her craft. Her approach celebrates the complexity of Persian flavours while making them accessible to contemporary palates.
